Great location close to starting points of two key trams (#28e and #15). Helpful staff. 24 hour availability of coffee and snacks. Interesting rooms that were immaculate and very comfortable.

Clean and spacious rooms but seemed to be short and a lot of amenities (eg toothpaste, toothbrush etc.). Also there was a water leak in my room from the ceiling in the middle of the night during a storm. The breakfast was the highlight complimented with very kind and friendly staff.

My wife enjoyed our 3 night stay here, accommodation is good and staff very friendly/efficient but Hotel lacked facilities we normally like, so doubt we would stay here again. A nice touch though was the gift of a bottle bubbly from the Hotel as it was my wife's 60th Birthday - a big plus for that.

Breakfast was nice, plentiful and varied. Drinks were available all of the time (Coffee, Water). Staff very very helpful and nice. We were originally in an 'attic' room and requested to move and they accomodated us and the room below was much nicer.
