Hotel just opened up... it wasn't ready for business.. TV didn't work for us, the phone didn't work for us still a lot of construction going on there.... nice rooms, but not nearly enough USB ports. And for a new hotel USB ports very hard to figure where they are.

Excellent hotel. Very nice room. Hotel staff were very helpful. Location is halfway between Central Lisbon and the airport - both are a 10-minute taxi ride. Train station nearby (I did not use).

They are still in process of building the hotel, so some of the areas are a little dirty and there are marks on the hallway walls. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. My room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. It would be a little small for two people. I did not have a chance to use the pool or the gym, which were an okay size for the area. The co-working space had comfortable furniture, but was loud due to echos from the hallways and conversations that could be heard through the glass wall.

New hotel with amazing staff. Very close to the train, metro, and the bus. However, very walkable. I was safe walking alone late at night. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and nice gym. I would stay again. You can't beat the price.

Ideal location for night before early Airport departure , brand new so great condition throughout. 1 word of caution .. the standard twin is too small .. IMHO if no gap between twin beds and still very limited space either side then it’s not suitable as a twin

It has that new hotel smell. It is also located close to the airport, which is why I chose it, and within walking distance to the BP for a late-night snack or water, etc. It was an overnight stay for me so I did not try any of the amenities. The staff was kind and I would book again in the future.

Staff were really friendly but Hotel not completed on go work still going on in the Hotel lifts could do with better system and a proper bar so people can meet signage very poor for each floor rooms nice and clean Staff for check-in very helpful

Since they are just reopening there were a couple of things that weren’t fully set up yet, but overall I would definitely recommend staying here. The room was new and beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. Really nice pool area as well, and the location is close to transit and the airport. Once they are fully set up I’m sure it will be 5/5.

Some hints for the future. Put the desk where there is an outlet. Lamp does no good if you can't plug it in, plus most people plug in their laptops. Have instructions on how to control things like heat. No place to put toiletries since the sink has no counter and it also has a flat bottom so it doesn't drain well. Soap Pump bottle not pumping in shower. The TV is useless if it doesn't get any stations it did not work at all.
