Slow to resolve problems with room

The stay was ok overall. It was very hot and the fridge in the room didnt work i complained 4 times before action was taken. Even then they didnt fix it. Just the light bulb worked not the fridge. We stayed 5 nights. It was an inconvience.

Well renovated,very clean,good restaurant located on main floor,helpful staff,good location,14min to the Airport,10min walking to the rail stations which you can get on to SINTRA train get there in 33min $6.50 for each,a lots of restaurants one block away,safe area,Sightseeing bus BlueLine stop 16 in front of hotel,you can buy the ticket on bus to explore the Lisbon.

The staff were great. Hotel rooms were comfortable and as expected for this class of hotel. Breakfast was good. The location was convenient but not much to do around the hotel. It served our purpose well. Easily fixed by a short taxi ride into the old town.

Most of the ratings for this hotel are excellent. One annoying incident is that there were barking dogs in the opposite building for the entire night. It was hard to sleep at night as they were loud. Hotel staff did not comment much on this topic when complained. However, overall cleanliness was excellent and two thumbs up. Breakfast was really good and restaurant staff is very friendly. Will definitely visit this hotel if they take care of the dogs barking at night.

Front Desk were not very welcoming as well as the check out staff. The only kind staff I noticed who was great was the Cook at the Breakfast Place. Thank you to the man who was making the omelet
