Hard to get ice.
Room is small, shower is leaky.

This hotel is right in the middle of things!
Excellent location.
Staff very friendly, and the front desk gave us complimentary custard tarts and glasses of port at check-in.
Room looked new, was very clean.
If you're driving, note that the hotel is located on a pedestrian street, no cars. You will need to park elsewhere temporarily first, ask the front desk if they have any discounted parking spots left at their partner's lot, and if not, where else you an park.
Travelocity's listing said the hotel has limited onsite parking. The hotel actually has *no* onsite parking.

A very clean and comfortable property in a perfectly centralized location to be able to walk to many points of interest and an absolutely wonderful staff!! I can not say enough about the front desk staff as they were not only friendly but incredibly helpful answering any and all questions!
