This hotel is conveniently located next to a park, museum, and El Corte Ingles. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I was greeted by Lia who was very sweet and knowledgeable. Breakfast was buffet styler, everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel due to a poor stay and micro-aggressions experienced at this establishment. The staff weren’t friendly or helpful. The hotel is also outdated and doesn’t reflect five star hotel quality.

Hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect walking distance to see the city, get food or go shopping. Parks near by to relax and take a stroll. The hotel was quiet and quite nice. The hotel restaurant was delicious and had a sports bar to watch a football match. Transportation was close by to get around via train or bus. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again
