We stayed a second time as we returned to Lisbon from Algarve. Location is excellent, front desk attentive and helpful, restaurant across from hotel was convenient and very good! Highly recommend.

this is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location in Lisbon… The staff could not be more friendly and the perks and amenities go above and beyond my expectations… beautiful balcony room overlooking the streets in the heart of Lisbon, a welcoming bottle of wine and local pastries, and a daily restocked refrigerator complete with water, juice, soda, and beers at no cost. I highly recommend this property.

Breakfast was great the room upgrade was not worth it. We were on 6th floor and the ceiling was slanted and it was hard to work. My husband is 6.2” and he kept hitting his head on the ceiling. Besides that the hotel is in a wonderful location and walkable everywhere.

Good location in the center - everything walkable. The room kinda grossed me out. The side tables were so dusty like they have never been looked after. After pulling back the top sheet the comforter was not even in the case. It was stained and disgusting. The shower didn’t drain so you’re constantly standing in a pool of water. I just felt grossed out.

Great location. Wonderful front desk staff! Helpful, friendly, good recommendations for restaurants, arranged taxis for trips. Elevador restaurant was convenient and good. Bed was comfy, room was somewhat small but sufficient. Nice to have coffee and water, and mini bar included if you prefer.

Great location in the heart of downtown. Friendly and welcoming staff at reception. Comfortable and modern rooms. Mini bar with some drinks included. I plan to stay here on my next trip to Lisbon.

Multiple areas of concern for this hotel. Drains overflowed in both sink and shower. Tv didnt work. However my biggest disappointment was the staff. In the description of the hotel they said they had free airport shuttles. Not so. To make matters.worse when we checked in i asked about it and the said it was 35.00. No problem. Then the price went up to 45 and then 55..cash only.. hmmmm. Also the hotel is located in a street that is closed for cars from 10 am to 12pm. When i booked uber he told me we would have to walk 4 blocks with our luggage even though pick up was at 5 am. Uber called bull shxx on that. Cost was 35.00 and puck up was at the hotel. With so many hotel options in lisbon i would not recomend this one!

Loved staying at Hotel Santa Justa in Lisbon. This was an ideal base for our Portugal vacation. The room, services and amenities of the hotel were splendid and the onsite restaurant Elvador is superb! The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and just steps from the metro and common meeting places for day tours. The complementary refilling of the mini-fridge was a nice touch. Thank you Santa Justa for making our vacation so memorable!!

This property is in the middle of restaurants, shops, etc. You can't go wrong if you want to walk around because you are centrally located. Staff is very nice and accommodating! I would stay again
