The staff was amazing. Mafalda was on top of all my reservations. The only thing was the charge from the refrigerator $15 euros for a 2 oz of vodka. Wow But the rest was amazing. They were very diligent And ready to make you feel good and taking care of

I can’t say enough nice things about the staff at this hotel. Every person we encountered was kind and so helpful. From the moment we walked in we were met with impeccable hospitality. The food is wonderful, drinks are delicious, rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the nightly turndown service is an extra nice touch. I can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

Family vacation, first visit to Portugal. lead us to your gorgeous, hospitable hotel. We found it wonderful. Staff is eager to help, friendly and engaged, the physical hotel is beautiful, the rooms very nice, the location great, everyone spoke english, which was very nice for us Americans, every little touch was superior. The hotel was well situated with great services. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The only improvements, we had some issues with the lighting and plugging in our devices. Would have liked more water in the room. The gym was average and should be improved. The service staff were friendly and positive.

Food was great, staff were amazing, bed was comfortable. Rooms a touch too small but well done. Location is convenient, away from the crappy touristy bits but close enough if you must do the crappy touristy stuff. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and our baby, staff are legendary nice and helpful. That makes a place worth staying in. Beds were not bad! Linen and all the things were good quality.

From the moment we were dropped off at the hotel until we checked out 8 days later, we were ttrested exceptionally well by the entire staff of the hotel. Check-in was a welcoming and pleasant experience. The bell staff were courteous. Room service was prompt and the quality of the served both in the room & at the restaurant was fresh and tasty. When we return to Portugal, we absolutely stay at the Sofitel again & again. The location was central we enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood.
