Amazing hotel and very conveniently located on Av Liberdade for access to old Lisbon and downtown. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel was very clean and the buffet breakfast was simply amazing with a lot of choices. However, we were upset that the indoor pool wasn't accessible to children after 12:00.

The staff was extremely thoughtful and friendly. The wheelchair accessible room I booked was perfect. It had bars in the roll in shower and by the toilet. Room was large enough to move about easily and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Huge variety of choices from freshly blended juices, fruit, yogurts, eggs, pastries, and the list goes on. Delicious.

Very impressive

Epic Sana Lisbon is a gorgeous very modern hotel. From the minute you step out of your Uber, the staff is top class -very attentive, super friendly and genuine. The rooms are good size. I loved the HansGroher shower!! The water poured out of it like a faucet. Wow! I think I might buy one at home. Huge breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner was also good while listening to an amazing musician on the guitar. He had the most beautiful voice. The indoor pool is very large and gorgeous. Although the rooftop pool lacks a pool heater. the only other issue we had was a cleanliness of the corners of the bathroom sink. We did ask them to address this and they said they did, but it was never cleaned. We would definitely stay here again. We had an amazing time. Excellent
