It is a very nice easy to find hotel. Ice cold water and fruit in the lobby. Free airport shuttle. Nice area, great employees and customer service. One note to improve would be to add charger capability of any kind, usb, or usb-c near the bedside. Had to charge phone across the room which was not ideal for me personally.

I had a pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Lisbon. The location is great-close to the airport and public transport. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A few areas could use some modernization, but overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers. Would definitely consider staying again!

Disappointed

Booked 2 rooms with 2 double beds in each, once we got our rooms they only had 1 bed in each and wouldn’t change our room to what we booked for because it was not “confirmed” when it was. Front desk workers not very nice, they would tell us they changed it and didn’t. Safe in our room did NOT work, air conditioning did NOT work, Fridge barely kept up. Would not recommend dealing with this hotel.

The hotel was clean the bar staff was really nice and welcoming. Our hamburger in the evening for dinner was fine. The bathroom was clean in our room. The problem with this hotel is there is no charging stations for your phone and being a hotel that is within 4 miles of the airport and you have your electronic tickets on your phone and the only charging area they had was on the television which had to be on so you had a television all night and as soon as you pull your card out of the electric, whatever the reader is then all the power goes off in your room a really bad situation

Okay for a Short Stay, but Wouldn’t Return

We stayed at this hotel for just one night before an early flight, and while it served its purpose, it wouldn’t be my choice for a longer stay in Lisbon. The cleanliness was acceptable, but there were several issues that made the stay less comfortable. The shower had very low water pressure, and the bathtub didn’t hold water, so taking a proper bath wasn’t possible. The air conditioning also didn’t work well, which made the room a bit stuffy. It also wasn’t the most cleanliness hotel but it made do. They had a mini bar but for pricing which was high. Other than complimentary water. Overall, it was fine for a quick overnight stop, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a full stay in Lisbon. There are definitely better options in the city!

Unexpected getaway

I got stuck two night in Portugal trying to get home to Toronto because of the power outage. I booked this for my 80 year old mother who was traveling alone. The staff were very kind to her. Being so far away and unable to help her I am so grateful to your staff for looking after her. She also had a broken arm so this definitely did not help the situation.

I was expecting more for a 4 star hotel. Beds were comfortable and bathroom decent, but AC didn't work at all. It was really hot and no way to make it work. The breakfast buffet was overpriced.

They have shuttle bus free in the morning 6:30-11:30am from hotel to the airport. Not from the airport to hotel. Staff is nice, place is clean. Many good restaurant near hotel
