Area is quiet. Room was huge, clean and really comfortable for our family. Close to high end shopping. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Supermart and supermarket nearby. Good breakfast spread at the hotel. Front desk staff are very helpful with recommendations and any tour reservations. Train stop within walking distance. Lisbon has a LOT OF HILLS. Keep this in mind during your walking explorations and wear flat comfortable shoes. Everywhere is within a 30 min walk up and down thise hills. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Service was excellent and Julia was very welcoming and accomodating as we've requested for two rooms that we wanted to be close together. The food options were good. The wi-fi and chargers could be improved as it was a bit slow and not workong at times. Location is in a nice quiet neighbourhood and is within walking distance to Avenida de Liberade.

Great hotel in downtown Lisbon

Great hotel in downtown Lisbon. The reception staff were very friendly. Orlando at check-in made it easy, and at check-out, the gentleman who helped us get a taxi at 7am local time on the 12th of July was very helpful, helped with bags and spoke to the taxi on the phone and in person. Breakfast was generous and good. The entire family enjoyed it. We got a spacious room over 65 square meters in size. Fridge was good to have, same for microwave, toaster and silverware. All in all, my family and I enjoyed the stay, at a hotel that felt clean and safe, yet accessible from a good location near Principe Real

Loved our stay here as a family of 3 . Amazing spacious room. Good blackout curtains and AC. Close to everything though it's in top of a hill. Never used the rooftop terrace or the restaurant but it was in a good location. Would definitely return. Just be aware that the bathroom are very inaccessible. If you have a small child or an elderly parent it's a real struggle. We managed in the end but I imagine others may not. If I had a baby for example I would need a separate baby bath There is a great playground for kids just a 10 min walk away x

Generally walkable to various happening parts of town though not in the middle of the action. Staff pretty nice and helpful. Minus points include no in house laundry facility though this is more of an apartment style hotel. If you have a very sensitive nose like me, some of the smells may slightly bother you. But maybe that's the case in most places like this.
