"First time in Lisbon and could not have asked for a better hotel! It feels more like staying in a stylish boutique Lisbon loft than a traditional hotel. I was so happy and surprised at how spacious the loft was. The photos don't do it justice! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen was a great addition (did not use it but would have if I needed to). Appreciated having more than one bathroom and the shower was perfect temperature and pressure. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival along with a mini bar and basic toiletries and a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee machine. It's in the middle of a very lively neighborhood, that comes alive at night. They did provide earplugs. The staff was amazing and very personable. They greeted each us day and asked how are day was; provided helpful recommendations. I will most definitely be staying here again when I come back to Lisbon and will be suggesting it to friends as well! Thank you for an amazing stay!!"

"The receptionist, Margarida, was incredibly friendly and helpful when she checked us in that morning. After checking in, we left to explore the city. However, when we returned at 4 p.m., there was a discrepancy, and we were given a room that was already occupied. Fortunately, the staff on duty quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a new room. One unfortunate aspect of our stay was that the hotel did not have a working TV. We were informed that they were in the process of changing providers. Additionally, we had to ask for the air conditioning to be adjusted twice, as the receptionist needed to go and turn something on. The rooftop restaurant was unfortunately closed Sunday and Monday, so we couldn't experience that. But on the other hand, the morning breakfast was excellent. Overall, the hotel had a great location, and the view was wonderful. "
