Good but not so good. Need improvement

The staff was amazing and the location was accessible, But if you go in summer the room doesn’t have ac, neither good cable tv, neither the hotel infrastructure do not have access for disable, neither emergency services in case of power outages (we had 12 hours without electricity). Requested a lamp to be able to walk around the unit and I never received.

The entry is extremely small and there is no lift so having a large luggage was difficult. Liked the security of a passcode to enter. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Me room was very small but clean & comfortable.

Great location, big room, handy luggage check. The bathroom had a couple of minor issues (toilet seat wrong size, shower door got stuck as you closed it) but we didn’t raise these as they didn’t impact our stay. Bed was big and comfy, house keeping were great. Surprisingly quiet for the city centre. Couldn’t ask for more.

We had a great stay! It was close a lot of bars and cafes. Lots happening in the neighbourhood which was awesome. Walkable to time out market. The front desk staff were super helpful helping us navigate around.

Nice enough but high risk of noise

Good price for a suite but perhaps you get what you pay for. Lots of space but fairly basic room, lacking kitchen essential like breakfast bowls. Room on ground floor so right next to breakfast area so would be noisy if you wanted to sleep in and the walls/ceilings are really thin so at mercy of good neighbours in the hotel, street noise and surrounding appartments which has late night loud groups (thankfully not super late parties while we were there) which obviously the hotel has no control over. Staff were helpful with issue we had working out the shower, it's slightly unusual so perhaps some instructions would be a good idea in the manual.

Great stay

Lovely place to stay. Clean, great location and room was really spacious. Only negative is the beds and pillows were not comfortable. We asked for a change of pillow after second night but it didn’t make a difference. Investing in better mattress and pillow would have made this stay perfect.
