The staff at check in is friendly and helpful as much the can. A good idea to improve customer service is the easy way for the customer to reach the subway system and the major tourist attractions. The breakfast is not included if you're not a member of the Ibis club. Very good food and hours of operation.

This was a quick holiday and the hotel manager and front desk people were awesome in helping us. Our room was a little small but we didn’t stay in it much anyways. Very clean and the breakfast was very good.
