Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
They tried to clean, but lots of problems. Black Mold on tile walls in shower , towel bar and shower pan. The shower drains slowly, you end up standing in several inches of used water. It seems there is some type of water leak and there is softness underneath the shower indicating rotting. Wifi didn't work for 50% of the time as well. No air conditioning òr heat. Remote broken for air unit as well as tv. Heavy cooking smells in hallway and stairs. No lights for area where there lockbox for the keys. The management and cleaning fee are greater than the rental fee, no doubt making it harder for the owner to pay for repairs. Towels and sheets clean and comfortable. Space is good and not too small.
