A prime location in Ericeira! Recently renovated apartment in the 1st. Stock is part of a family building and offers unique accommodation by the sea in the historic center of Ericeira. A large kitchen with dining table and the living room offer excellent sea views. The apartment is close to grocery stores, the municipal market, restaurants, cafes, bars, clubs and several beaches.

The beautifully furnished apartment has three large bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with a few single beds each. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Both the living room and the open kitchen enjoy a sea view from the first row. A large hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. Sunset grills on the balcony complete this elegant apartment.
