This apt is elevator accessible but literally on top of Pink st. Bars.The standing shower won't drain, notified them thru vrbo messaging, was asked to submit thru local #. Our trip was during heat wave and the AC unit was not working. Someone came to turn it on but as soon as we turned on the tea kettle or washing machine, the entire breaker tripped and apt was warm all over again. We were told multiple times to unplug everything not being used to keep the electricity going. This happened multiple times, it was incredibly inconvenient. For the place cooler, either open the windows and put up with loud party-goers noise or constantly un-trip the electric box. Wish we'd known about nightly party filled loud music and people, often it went on until 6am. And we barely got any sleep due to noise or warm apt.

The area is very nice. Close to the metro and felt safe. Unfortunately that is where the the positives end. We arranged for check in at 3pm the host agreed and was informative and helpful before our arrival. After a slight delay we arrived at 330pm. The apartment was disgusting. A single person was there to clean up after the previous tenants. Of course this is not on the worker that was there. She was very kind and did her best. We decided to make the best of the situation. We left for a walk around the neighborhood. Upon our return, we started discovering problems. We turned the A/C on, since the dishwasher was running the breaker blew. Upon informing the host we were told this was normal. Older houses in Portugal all have this problem? We then soon discovered hand and foot prints on the walls, and in general an apartment nothing like the images provided on VRBO. Below in no particular order are some of the issues we discovered:1.The main bathroom door was damaged and would not open from inside. Meaning a person would be trapped inside the bathroom. 2.The primary bedroom and half bathroom doors would not latch. The sliding door in the ensuite would not stay closed.3. Both A/C units were loose and seperating from the wall.4. The fridge was not turned on and required 6 hours to cool.5. The toilets, toiletseats, sinks, and faucets were all loose. The toilet in the ensuite was running non stop.I have more issues but I cannot describe them here.STAY AWAY.

Schöne Unterkunft direkt an der Ausgangsmeile

Sehr schöne und grosse Unterkunft direkt an der bekannten Partystrasse. Nachts sehr laut, da ein Club im gleichen Haus ist. Lage ist sehr zentral und viele SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Spacious and Comfortable

The apartment is exactly as advertised--very spacious. As Lisbon rivals Paris for their cafe culture, just the basics in the kitchen. The apartment is close to the waterfront, restaurants---and nightlife, as Pink Street is on the next block. Great for groups interested in being close to bars/nightlife. Check in process could have been a little smoother. I recommend getting all required paperwork to the property manager before you arrive.

Spacious modern apartment

We had a great stay at this property. It is within walking distance to most Old Town sites and includes a lift for those who find the three flights of stairs daunting. Apartment itself was clean and modern. Only thing to be aware of is that A/C is only present in two rooms. For those wanting an open window at night, it can be quite noisy, but that is expected given the central location. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others looking for a convenient location with modern amenities.
