Great location. You need to phone someone to get in. They unlock the door automatically. Very practical! Very nice place to stay. I would recommand this place.
This is my second time staying in this apartment. I love the location. Close to everything. Great place to stay for two people, maybe a small child. The bathroom had a leak before our arrival this time. When we contacted, they sent a cleaner and clean the bathroom again. I will definitely stay again.
The apartment itself is a great property. Centrally located and appears recently upgraded. My check-in was significantly delayed because "the cleaning staff was stuck in traffic," forcing me to lug by baggage around, while waiting. Basic household amenities leave a lot to be desired. They do not provide laundry detergent, and the shampoo and body wash are left on the sink and come in "ketchup packets." Single use, low quality. The shower drain is missing, and the shower handle leaks and needs repair. It's a great unit in the center of everything, top floor and quiet. But it lacks the attention to detail which would really make this apartment shine. Especially given the price paid.
Perfect location--right next to the arc/plaza, lots of public transportation, and there's a coffee place next door. Inside of property was nice and as advertised.
Pros: excellent location, near plenty of public transport, places to eat etc. Unit was clean, surprisingly quiet, and had good size. I will tell you it has the best bed of all the places we stayed on our tour of Portugal. AC was cold, full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Well decorated. Comfortable.Cons: management company left something to be desired. I filled out a check in request form with alot of personal data and then i got requested to do it again the day before my visit. When I didn't refill out the form again over night I got a Whatsapp "reminder". So I went ahead and filled out again and mentioned that I had already done so with no response/comment. We get in the unit and it has some maintenance issues: dead bolt on front door non functional, handle to closet door in bedroom broken, hole in wall in bathroom, water dripping in bathroom sink. Deadbolt was an issue for me so i reached out to the management folks on whatapp. After going back and forth on about 20 chats with pictures they finally asked what a dead bolt was, meaning we had a worthless 20 chats. Not how i want to spend my time on vacation. On the closet door, i just pried open every day with a knife. Anyways the management company said they would pass on the maintenance issues to the owner. Cons longer than the Pros but would go back. Lose 1 star, almost 2, for the engagement with the management company and the fact the unit had maintenance issues.
