This apartment has been designed just to welcome you: it combines authentic environment with the modernity that your comfort needs.

From its local, colored and slight street to its terrace, neighboring the august pantheon, passing by the exposed stone living areas you will experience a precious characteristic of Lisbon: its serenity.

Its localization will continue your Lisbon immersion. Several must-see places are nearby: the national pantheon, the Saint-Vincent de Fora monastery, the Feira da Ladra traditional market.
Besides, every part of the city will be easily reachable by subway (blue line, Lisbon’s artery), by foot (the emblematic Alfama neighborhood) or even by bike!

NOTE: There is a construction work near the apartment that can make some noise during the day!

A historical area of Lisbon, the apartment is only a short walk to the botanical gardens and the museum of natural history! The neighborhood is very central, safe and beautiful, and close to Bairro Alto, the best place for a night out in Lisbon. You'll also find the best designer boutiques and famous restaurants Lisbon can offer close by!

São Vicente has a majestic atmosphere, perfect for those wanting to feel like a part of both Lisbon’s past and present. It’s outside the tourist hot spots, so you’ll feel a little more like a local around here.

Feira da Ladra: Lisbon’s legendary thieves market isn’t quite the treasure trove it once was. But it’s still well worth a look...

Who knows, you might find an original Rocket firing Boba Vett figure stashed under a pile of torn ‘80s comics held down by a 19th-century porcelain pharmacy jar full of very, very dry thyme.

We recommend walking everywhere to really enjoy the city! You'll find that the apartment has excellent access to public transport (Avenida station Metro, Bus, Taxi station).

Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.

Your check will be arranged with a greeter at the property . Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Great Location and easy access to many things

This is a third floor walk up with a loft and outdoor space. The view from the balancy is amazing and worth the climb. There are many stairs but we managed well. The neighborhood is walkable and near the market and also coffee shops and restaurants in the old part of Lisbon. The kitchen and bathroom are small but functional. We did not cook much while we were there but used the mini frig, mircowave and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom is small and my partner had some difficult using the shower. He is over 6 feet. Otherwise, this was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Gut zu wissen

Insgesamt entspricht die Wohnung im großen und Ganzen der Beschreibung. Ein paar Details wie der auf dem Foto sichtbare Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon und der in der Beschreibung genannte Safe waren nicht vorhanden.Positiv:Überall Sehr sauber, Bad (Pflegeprodukte) und Küche (Grundausstattung) gut bestückt. Bequemes Schlafsofa, ausreichend für zwei Personen. Sonnenaufgang über dem Tejo vom Balkon aus sichtbar. Super praktische Lage. Support antwortet schnell. Klimaanlage vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht benutzt.Gut zu wissen:Bitte Treppe auf dem Bild innen gut anschauen, die ist sehr speziell. Um da nachts nicht runter zu müssen, haben wir lieber auf dem Schlafsofa übernachtet. Bad ist sehr klein, könnte an einer gewissen Körperfülle schwierig werden. Balkontür schließt nicht komplett, daher nachts manchmal zugig (was ich aber sogar angenehm fand). Recht frische Baustelle direkt gegenüber der Wohnung. Dort entsteht ein neues Gebäude, aktuell sind sie bei den Bodenarbeiten. War für uns okay, weil wir schon vor den Bauarbeiten wach waren, aber ausschlafen unter der Woche wird schwierig mit Baulärm. Instabile Elektrik: beim anmachen eines Lichts im Schlafzimmer hat es zwei Sicherungen komplett rausgehauen (an der auch Kühlschrank und Boiler hängen). Nach etwas hin und her mit dem Support wurde das nach zwei Tagen gelöst (Antworten kamen immer schnell, aber weit hatten einige Diskussionen).

Baustelle direkt vorm Balkon. Ansicht cooles Apartment, doch die küchenausstattung nicht so doll

Ansicht war das Apartment von der Lage echt super und es war auch Recht sauber. Das das Bad Recht klein ist, war uns von Anfangan klar und war auch okay für uns. Doch was echt ein Minuspunkt war, das wir nichts zum richtig kochen hatten. Es gab viele diverse Pfannen, doch nur zwei Mini Töpfe, von dem einer so zerkratzt war, das man ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Nudeln kochen oder dergleichen nicht möglich. Ausblick vom Balkon Meer, Hause und große Baustelle. Dies war ein großes Manko, das wir direkt vor der Tür eine Baustelle haben und diese wird sicher noch einige Monate da sein.

Tolle kleine Wohnung in der Altstadt

Die Wohnung ist stillvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts.Die Wohnung hat 2 Etagen und eine kleine Terasse. Verbrauchsmittel für Reinigung etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden.Auch zur Nahrungszubereitung war Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden, sowie Salz, Zucker, Kaffee etc. waren auch ausreichend vorhanden.Etwas gewöhnungbedürftigt ist die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer. Für Eingeschränkte Personen ist diese schwierig zu bewältigen.Zusammenfassend eine Top-Unterkunft. Jedoch sollte Stand März 2025 darauf geachtet werden, dass direkt unter der Wohnung eine große Baustelle ist, die an Arebitstagen sehr laut sein kann.
