The location is ideal, with only a 10-minute walk to the main square & both the railway station and boat terminal. There are 2 cafes at street level & the food market is just down the road. Sadly, the view from the balcony is poor as a large building now blocks any view.

The unit was clean. The location was good .I expected some noise when staying in a busy city but the sounds carried really bad ,made it hard to get any quality of sleep. ( Even wearing ear buds) . There was no lighting in the foyer. I was grateful that I was able to get there in daylight. My stay was over a week. I didn't expect clean bedding ever day but at least one change would have been nice. I don't think I would stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay during our time in Lisbon. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. A few recommendations we would have is that they supplied an iron, more pillows and towels. The accomodation is in a very good location. Two minute walk from a tram stop which takes you to the top of the hills where you’ll find good restaurants, a ten minute walk from the Time Out Market where you’ll find a selection on bars and restaurants and also the main square and docks. This was so a big plus side to our stay. There have been reviews that say the property doesn’t look much from outside which isn’t really true. As you walk up, there is a little door with a code box and shops around. There are some bins and graffiti on the streets but that is apparent in all the neighbourhoods so nothing to be concerned about. The road outside is busy from about 7am onwards but we were up and about quite early so this was ok. There is an excellent place for breakfast right underneath the apartment block called “Food” so definitely go there!! Only down side was the apartment block can be noisy as you can hear other people talking and some Walking around but I guess that’s the guests not the apartments fault! Overall, I’d stay again!

So clean and fresh in a great location, near the time out market, train station and main shopping area. But not too close to the main square which can get very busy. There was nothing I didn't not like other than maybe handy to have a washing machine if staying more than 5 nights.

Excellent property, condition, amenities and Area. Communication from them was fine but took se real emails and a phone call to learn if the apartment had wheelchair access and where to park. Also, having an agreement with a car park company ( as where we are now in Porto) would add value to its guests.

we had a lovely time staying at unit 312. the building is modern and has an elevator, which was a bonus! it was centrally located and walking distance to major attractions. the apartment itself was exactly as described; clean, bright with large windows and a small balcony to enjoy your beverages. while the toiletries provided were slim and limited, this was a non-issue and got everything we needed from the mini mart down the street. we will stay here again without hesitation. recommend!

the noise from the air com machines out on the opposite roof. refurb work going on the floor below which left a very strong smell of varnish in our apartment. Bathroom sink was blocked. The rest of the apartment was fine

The property is near to everything that you need the dissapointment we have is the service we stayed for 4 nights without changing the towels. We arrived flying mosquitoes is in the room so we need to get insect repellant amenities for the room is insufficient for your daily needs. The bath tub is too high for a person who got problem with her knees thank you that this property got an lift that help us to go down and up without a problem.

Memories of Bates Hotel.

We stayed only 1 of the 5 nights we had booked in this apartment. Very poor condition, pictures in the ad are 10+ years old. Self-check-in means you do not personally meet anyone at the door. When you walk in, you see generally poor condition furniture, overall lack of cleanliness and a long time stench of stale tobacco. The door of the apartment we were assigned was ill fitted and we did not have a feeling of safety. The neighbourhood is...how to say this tactfully...in transition. I have a feeling there are minimum security prisons that have better furnishings and less smoke stench than this s**t pit. It’s also very dark coming in at night and the motion activated lights don’t come on until you are well inside - by then the exterior door has closed...it’s just kind of creepy - I do not recommend. From the sheet toilet tissue dispenser to the institutional wall soap dispenser, these are the “amenities” you can look forward to....caveat emptor.

So... let me start with the negative. The place definitely didnt measure up to the photos. However, it was a great place for the price. It also was in a pretty good location. The place was super clean. And the xombination wntry pads were great. Id stay here again, but id caution that if you are expecting views of the water, youll be disappointed.

Soundproof the rooms please

The only disadvantage with this property was there rooms and not soundproof because three nights on the level above us they were very very noisy which made it very difficult to sleep even though we did ask people above us to be quiet and they didfor a little while.

Spacious clean but shabby.

Very close to everything, which is convenient. No bath towels were left for us and property management did not reply to our request at all. We bought some towels in the store .... The rest was ok. Maybe knives are not sharp enough. The best part is strong WiFi signal.
