It has well-equipped kitchen with window, bedroom with double bed of 1.40m / 2m, closet (hangers, shelves and drawers) with window and living room with sofa bed type Clic Clac (opens as a book) with the following measures: Closed: 190x87x83cm; Open: 190x108x39cm. The room has a balcony with clothes rack. The bathroom has a shower with shower and washbasin with drawer. All windows have shutters. Free parking is available in the neighborhood.
The house is situated in a historic district, in a quiet and safe street 2 minutes walk from the garden and Campo de Sta. Clara where on Tuesdays and Saturdays is the famous Flea Market. At 200/250 meters, there are 2 imposing monuments- National Pantheon and Monastery of São Vicente de Fora with a lot of history and superb views at its top. Around there are several monuments and places of interest, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and transport such as the mythical tram 28.
