The service team were very responsive in solving an issue of the air conditioning not working in our room, even at 22:00! They were apologetic, were helpful in loving us to another room quickly and even comped a glass of wine to smooth things over. That was totally unnecessary. The hotel is very new, very clean and quiet. The staff friendly and most spoke English as well. Obrigada ibis Lisboa Parque das Noces!

Hotel says it has parking but at 5pm they coldly announced their parking to be full. Clearly they do not have parking and this is a ruse to attract guests. Since that was the main reason for choosing the Ibis I decided to cancel the room. Their response was quite unacceptable and this hotel is clearly not to be recommended.
