The private room was charming and comfortable, and the shared space was artistically decorated. One caveat - while there is an elevator (Lisbon Calling is on the third floor), it's a half flight of steps up to it and then either a half flight up or down to the door (depending on which floor you get off on).
Really Nice right in the main area. We were in fresco's so massive room with a equally large onsuite. Access to a local kitchen/sitting room - really nice. really nice original features in the rooms. quirky deacor. Yes its on the third floor so if heavy bags - just take your time - its not a sprint. We personally didnt find it noisy but do get some comments on it - with windows open you got the city - which i liked. if closed you didnt hear much really. no tv in rooms which again - to me is a plus. In the kitchen there is space fopr each room to store food etc and also a marked shelf in the fridge. Susana is super helpful as well. will definately stay here again - it was a steal really
I love the character of the building and my room. It was just what I needed for my stay in Lisbon. Itâs not a hotel with all the commodities so just know that and do your research. I would definitely stay here again.
Everything was great, it was retro, felt safe, good security, bed was so comfortable. So close to the train and bus tour. We had a private bathroomâŠ. It was so cool with a working disco ball! The only thing I would change is the chair, it wasnât real sturdy!
It is located in one of the upper floors on a super old building with no elevators.
We got a private room with a private bathroom. The room has an old antique furniture and the bathroom is super old with a cave like not-smooth walls, it was scary sometimes to use the bathroom specially at night because it was dark and it feels like the walls is hiding pests..
You can use and prepare meals or eat in the shared basic old kitchen.
The place has old funky old furniture which may look cool at first but not to live or sleep in. Some show old stains, like the sofa. It can be a museum but not a comfortable accommodation.
