Inexpensive accommodation - recommended

Very good check-in, Leonardo was friendly and helpful, especially as they had had a problem with the electricity and room cards weren't avaliable. Room was clean, with a balcony, beds comfortable, and the shower was excellent - good value Well located - a few minutes walk from Arroios Metro station, and various places to eat at reasonable prices. We liked Pastelaria Charette, both for a light evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is value for money, especially if u just need to come and rest for the night. Staff are very obliging and nice people. Location convenient to shopping and eateries vm Downside is they do not change towels daily and quality of towels substandard. Recommend for a short stay

Really sunny and nice room. Enough space and great balcony (not a nice view as you see mostly other balconies) but a lot of sun enters most of the day. The ac keeps the room fresh and nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had an excellent stay at My Charm. Room was clean and complete with everything we needed. Was quiet at night. Francisco was on duty, answered all questions, made suggestions and was very welcoming and pleasant. We’d stay there again in a minute!

Glass bathrooms....Booooo!

The hotel was nice enough and the staff did great. However, I'm never rating a place excellent that has glass walls and/or doors for three bathroom. What an incredibly silly idea! If one of us needs to use the bathroom at night, the light illuminates the entire room waking up the other person. Fire the architect!
