The lockbox did not open easily on our 3 tries because the key was on a soft fob that filled the box, preventing the keys from being pressed. Once we figured out shaking the box repositioned the key inside, then we were able to get the buttons to work and open. Be aware that the property is on a steep incline, and you will need to be dropped off on the main street and walk a couple blocks to the entrance. Rideshares and cabs are not allowed in the neighborhood. The apartment itself was on the third floor which was the 4th story if you counted the lobby. No elevators. The apartment was clean, the views were great, and it was walkable to amenities. Communication with property management was good.

Loved the location (side street, quiet but convenient). Staff was friendly and helpful - they responded always almost immediately on WhatsApp. Apartment was spacious, beautiful and fully-furnished. Perhaps one minor thing was that the bed could have been better - we were able to get good nights rest for 2 days but any longer would be uncomfortable. Couldn't ask for more!

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas holiday, and we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for us because we wanted to truly experience Lisbon in the city. We did a lot of walking, and everything felt so close and easily accessible. The apartment is very centrally located, which made getting around effortless. The property managers were fantastic—very responsive, incredibly helpful, and genuinely kind. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and we felt right at home during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.
