Santo António House- Your Home away from Home. Located on St. George's castle walls, in the heart of historical Lisbon, it's been thought out to accommodate you in comfort. It's on the ground floor of the former puppets museum, fully refurbished in 2018. Great to set off on a discovery of Lisbon - a stone throw's away from the castle, the Church of Menino de Deus, Graça lookout point and Lisbon Cathedral. Perfect!

Great stay, my wife and I really enjoyed it. Apartment well suited and very comfortable for a couple. Spacious room and very good bed for its size and comfort. Ideal location for walking around Lisbon. Very good exchanges with Telma, whom we thank. We highly recommend!

Havre de paix design au cƓur de la vieille ville de Lisbonne

Nous avons adoré cet appartement entiÚrement rénové et design qui reflÚte parfaitement l'ùme de la ville. L'accueil est parfait. Les trams 12 et 28 sont à 2 pas. Nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié le calme et la charmante terrasse. Nous conseillons vivement cette halte.

Lively Neighborhood in Shadow of S. Jorge Castle

Beautiful clean apartment. Telma is a wonderful host who provides excellent information about the apartment, neighborhood, and Lisbon. There are lots of nearby restaurants and bodegas. There is a full-service grocery .7 km away (Pingo Doce). There is a tram stop at the end of the block or walk downhill to several metro stops. Ubers are easy and abundant in Lisbon. The apartment technically sleeps four, but if you are staying more than a few nights it might not be comfortable for more than two travelers as the extra guests sleep on the pull-out sofa and there is no other seating except for the dining room chairs. Fair warning to travelers who are not sure-footed, the apartment is located on a very steep hill with precarious steps to access the building and no railings.

Thelma's "Home by the Castle" is amazing! The apartment is just as pictured and described. For the two of us celebrating our anniversary, it exceeded our expectations! It's in a great location with easy access to all transportation allowing for exploring all of busy Lisbon. Though the neighbourhood is quite vibrant and busy, the apartment is very quiet and provided a restful calm "oasis" after our busy days. The outdoor patio area was a lovely bonus allowing us to enjoy quiet time outside in the sunshine at the start and end of our days. We felt comfortable with Telma right from the start of our communications. She was extremely responsive and generous with her offers to help and provided information and some great recommendations. It's no wonder she's a Premiere Host! Thanks Telma for providing us with a wonderful stay and such great memories. Chuck and Trish

Fabulous location at the base of St. George's Castle

Telma was super helpful and the San Antonio house is very clean and comfortable, in a great location in Alfalma district steps away from the famous castle of St George. No need for a car, everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The House is in an excellent location and has got everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The neighbouring restaurant Prego serves great food and has lovely live music. Small shops are nearby making it easy to shop for basics. All in all a great place to stay if you want to explore Lisbon.

Great Location in Old Town

One of the newest and best kept properties we have stayed at. Virtually brand new remodel in a very old building. Stocked with plenty of linens and well appointed and supplied kitchen with lots of glasses.plates pams etc. Great location near a number of monuments and museums. Scores of cafes and bistros in walking distance. Plenty of places to buy groceries and baked goods. Elsa was very helpful and arranged for a taxi to the airport waiting at the front door when we left. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have better pillows on the bed otherwise it was great. We will do it again.

Incredible stay in the heart of Alfama District

We absolutely loved our stay in this incredible property just a few minutes away from the Alfama District. The house itself is really beautiful and does not lie- it is right on the outskirt of the castle. The pictures are 100% accurate. The bathroom and room itself are very spacious. And the bed was super comfortable. We had an easy time walking from here to most places or getting around by public transport. The bottle of wine left for us was also a really nice touch. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Easy access via Tram 12 from Martin Moniz metro. Well-placed for views over Lisbon from St Jorge castle. Convenient for all the Fado clubs and restaurants in Alfama. Recommend Thursday evening at O Prego, the restaurant nearby. Quiet and relaxing neighbourhood.
