Pas satisfait

Quartier bruyant, l apprtement pas du tout conforme aux photos deçus. L avantage c est qu on est a proximitĂ© de pleins de choses . Convient aux gens qui aiment faire la fĂȘte jusqu Ă  4h du matin.

We had a very good experience Nuno he's a very perfect host, very kind and professional, he gave us a lot of advices and receive us like a friends. The apartment is very nice and very big and the area situation is really perfect to moving easy and discover Lisbonne nevertheless it is quiet and very confortable and cosy the flat is Very clean and the bedroom are not close to each other and you can have your own privacy The bathroom is really pretty , you have hot water all the time You can ask whatever you need, towels, furnitures etc I reccomand this place Thanks so much Nuno Andrea Soldano

bon séjour

appartement sympa et bien situĂ© pour quelques jours Ă  Lisbonne. le propriĂ©taire est accueillant et disponible et ses adresses pour les restos sont trĂšs sympas. Seul "hic", l'appartement est situĂ© en rez-de-chaussĂ©e dans un quartier trĂšs animĂ© le soir et au-dessus de deux bars de nuits. En week-end soit vous allez faire la fĂȘte, soit vous mettez vos boules quies ! l'espace est bien pour deux couples, au-delĂ  c'est juste, d'autant que le toilette n'est pas sĂ©parĂ© de la salle de bain.

PropriĂ©taire trĂšs sympa, trĂšs accueillant. Il nous a donnĂ© de bonnes adresses de restaurant et un bel endroit pour Ă©couter le fado. Si vous voulez ĂȘtre tranquille peut-ĂȘtre que le quartier est un peu animĂ© pour vous. Nous, ,nous avons adorĂ© ce quartier qui est prĂšs de tout. Malheureusement le temps a Ă©tĂ© maussade. Pluie, vent et froid pour la saison. Mais une ville trĂšs sympa. A recommandĂ©

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, charmanter Altbau und alles war sauber. Direkt unter der Wohnung ist eine Tanzbar, geöffnet bis 2 Uhr nachts. Wer feiern geht, fĂŒr den ist die Wohnung super. FĂŒr den, der schlafen möchte, nicht geeignet.

This property is sub par on most levels. Leaky roof, unclean, uncomfortable, foul smelling ( kitchen) and right on top of an all night bar that blasts music until 2:30am. We paid a lot and were very disappointed, ruined our last two evenings in Portugal. No response from ownership after we gave our feedback.

La casa Ú davvero carina, tipica portoghese. La proprietaria Ú stata gentilissima e sempre disponibile. La consiglio per una vacanza con amici poiché si trova esattamente al centro della movida di Lisbona, quindi di notte si sente molto rumore. Non la consiglio per famiglie con bambini poiché il quartiere Ú molto pericoloso. Noi ci siamo divertite tantissimo :)

The apartment is an a great location but needs a little updating. Clean place with great amenities. The kitchen window needs a curtain because the neighbor can see you coming out of the bathroom shower. The owner was very attentive

Great location

We were met by Catia who let us leave our luggage while the apartment was being cleaned. We arrived in the morning and other guests had just left. Catia was really nice and gave us lots of good advice. The apartment was basic but stylish and very clean. It suited our needs for our 4 day stay and was a great base for exploring Lisbon and beyond. The street is very lively at night so be prepared for that. There is double glazing though which minimises the noise. Overall we had a great time and the hosts couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Catia and Nuno. We loved Lisbon.

Schöne, gerÀumige und zentral gelegene Wohnung. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und kompetente Gastgeberin.

Wir haben drei tolle Tage in dem geschmackvoll eingerichteten, großen Appartment verbracht, das super gelegen ist, um Lissabon zu Fuß zu erkunden, Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ausgesprochen nette und engagierte UnterstĂŒtzung durch Catia, die aufgrund einiger Verzögerungen am Flughafen ewig auf uns warten musste und uns dann persönlich und immer wieder per WhatsApp mit wertvollen Empfehlungen fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt versorgt hat. Dank ihrer Tipps haben wir wunderbar gegessen und vermutlich knapp 100 Euro an ParkgebĂŒhren gespart. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent family friendly. Both quiet and in hopping Baira Alto area of Lisbon.

My family and two of their friends stayed in this apartment. The owner met us at 1 a.m. when we landed at the apartment, stayed to make sure we felt comfortable, offered to re-fresh the linens which were included provided us some recommendations for activities - two of which were the highlights of the trip for us. Would definitely recommend to others.

Fantastic house with history and soul

We stayed 3 people for two nights. The owner met us in the apartment, it was one of the kindest and friendliest hosts ever. He took his time to tell us about the history of the apartment which is long and twisty. We received many recommendations for our stay and were offered any necessary help if needed. The apartment itself is spacious, kitchen very well equipped, beds are comfortable and everything is clean. On the kitchen table we found a basket with sweet sweet oranges, there was coffee, water and other basic cooking stuff available. The location in the middle of Bairro Alto could not be any better, many bars and shops just around the corner and in short walking distance. We recommend Os Tibetanos for a diner, marvelous interiors and exceptional service for reasonable price. Bare in mind this is a lively neighborhood so it might get a bit loud in the evening, if you join the surrounding night life it should not be an issue though. Despite it's business, Bairro Alto is very safe and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

Not suitable for the older generation

The facilities in the apartment were as stated and out only criticism was that the rain shower-head was fixed only 6 feet above the shower tray. But there are TWO late bars/ night clubs underneath which did not shut until the early hours the noise from which made it difficult to get to sleep until 2-3 in the morning. Noise from both tyres-on cobbled streets and rubbish collection ensured that a morning lie-in was not possible.
