Awesome 1 Bed Apartment Tower Hill

The space
Sole use of serviced apartment in exclusive building with concierge and lift. Situated within 100m of Fenchurch and Tower Hill Underground and DLR stations. The apartment has a well appointed double bedroom, seperate bathroom and a large living room / kitchen with sofa bed which could be used to accomodate further guests.

Pepys Street offers an ideal central location, close to the City of London's business, financial and legal districts and is within easy reach of London's main attractions including The Tate Modern and The Tower of London which are only a short walk away. The Tower of London can be seen from the entrance to the building.

Moreover within 100m of the nearest tube underground, DLR (Tower Hill) and train station (Fenchurch station). Of interest in 2012 this offers direct rapid transport to the Olympic Park with the convenience of city centre living.
The underground offers access to most tourist attractions within 10 minutes including Buckingham Palace, Trafalger Square, Tate Modern and most other attractions.

The apartment comprises entrance hall with wood flooring and skirting heating, storage cupboard, separate bathroom, double bedroom and open plan living/dining room with a fully fitted modern kitchen benefiting from built in appliances.

The apartment has every modern conveniences (washer / dryer, free internet, Smart TV etc.) but is also handily located between two five star hotels so you can also avail of their facilities. There is a sofabed in the living room which means that up to 4 people (3 adults) could use the apartment comfortably.

The bedroom has a generous king size bed.

I loved this apartment! It was clean, bright, comfortable and cozy! And the location couldn’t be beat! The only downside was the street noise Friday and Saturday night - although my husband wasn’t bothered by it at all! I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The vacation apartment near the Tower of London was simply perfect! 🌟 The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the sights and the tube. The apartment was modern, clean, and very well-equipped. We especially appreciated the easy communication with the host and the hassle-free key exchange. 😊 Absolutely recommendable!

Great little place to stay!

This was a great little place to stay! We had 3 adult travellers. It is located right next to train station and located near many restaurants. We stayed for 7 days with no issues. Highly reccomend.

Good stay overall

First time staying in non hotel accommodation - we liked the amount of space we had for 3 of us - without feeling congested. Owner / Manager was responsive and also accommodated request to stay a little longer with our flight schedules being moved. Reasons for one star less in over all rating - I am not sure if we need to have an expectation is that if the supplies like sugar has to be refilled or not - there was very less sugar for having coffee for 7 days for 2 people. The 2nd one is the hot water heater concept in London overall - we are new to the country and also didn’t know that there are timing for getting hot water - so an instruction would have helped us the first 2 days. Lastly the instruction on how to use the washing machine and where the garbage is supposed to be thrown would have helped too. We were not aware that we need to throw the garbage and clean the counter space and dishes - again this may be non hotel accommodation policies. So not to be related to the owner.

Lovely little apartment

We stayed here for 10 nights with our kids. It's a great apartment with very convenient access to everything. There's a washer/dryer combo and a full kitchenette which is very useful when travelling with kids. Callum on the reception desk was also very helpful with recommendations on where to eat, get groceries, etc. Would gladly stay here again.
