my single room was comfortable , clean and a trifle small. The staff were helpful and efficient. Was very satisfied by the standard overall. it was unfortunate that one of the main lifts was not working so reaching the higher floors could be slow.

Room was fine, Concierge was good Staff at breakfast were rude. They were not helpful, the selection was poor, I asked for veggie sausages, no response. Please improve staff and breakfast

I have stayed at Mitre House a number of times, the staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. The location is great...use of Heathrow Express, close to underground, restaurants, safe area. And of course the English breakfast plus other options.
