Stayed here a number of times, always great rooms and comfy bed. Habe scored service down, as i had no interaction with the staff, self check in for hotels is such a disappointment, and when i arrived to check in there were no staff behind the desk.

The only thing I will say, the property entrance is not located on an accessible by car location. We were dropped of behind the hotel, and we did not know where we were or how to get there. Thankfully a shop owner who said people have this issue told us where to go. Thats the only negative other than we we arrived, the staff at front desk did not greet us. Even though its self check in which was convenient, it’s nice to be welcomed or greeted at check in.

It's lovely I go back there for the breakfast but this time the only issue was the shower was extremely slippery and slipped as soon as I stood in there however there is a sign to put a towel on the shower floor which I didn't because it's weird so I mentioned I'd slipped to reception and was completely ignored which wasn't great but will stay again as the staff are mostly very good and the breakfast and the rooms and the area.

Overall OK experience, convenient location If you ever need to extend your stay do that through expedia too. They charge twice the fee that expedia offers if you book directly with the hotel (which does not make any sense )

Great checkin experience let us to our room before 12 was really helpful. Breakfast was ok for the one time we had in hotel there is plenty of options nearby for less money. Nice room, clean and quiet for our stay and overall a good location close to tube and shops for exploring London with family.

Excellent stay!

The room was SO clean and spacious. It was a really comfortable stay. Would definitely consider going back or trying one of their other hotels the next time we are looking for somewhere to stay. The only negative is we couldn’t figure out how to control all the lighting in the room.
