Disliked: Cleanliness
The pictures were of a different apartment that had enough beds/sofa beds for 8 people. The apartment we were given had beds for 5. 3 of us had to go and find alternative accommodation 2 hours before a family event. I messaged host 5 times but no reply apart from leave keys in safe ket box.
