Fantastic stay

Absolutely brilliant stay. Was a beautiful hotel with great staff who couldn’t do more for you! Rona and leela were so helpful and had wonderfully customer service skills. I would definitely come back here again and hopefully very soon. Am missing it already ❤️

Nice Hotel With Helpful Staff

A one night stay. Staff very friendly, helpful and attentive. Hotel is a pleasant setting. Rooms are of a good size and the king sized bed was comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was very tasty. Happy to stay again.

Excellent as always ! I can’t picture myself staying in an other hotel tan the Dorset when I book a trip to London . The location is perfect . The staff is amazing . Rooms are the cleanest .

The hotel room was spacious, and we had booked a family room with one large bed and a sofa bed. However, we only ended up with one large bed because the sofa bed was broken and couldn’t be opened. As a result, the four of us had to squeeze into one bed, which was completely different from what we expected. The arrangement was very poor in this regard. Additionally, the room did not have enough bedding, and we had to call housekeeping at night to request extra bedding. It took a long time for it to arrive. While the room itself wasn’t bad, this part of the arrangement and how it was handled was very disappointing—especially considering we paid for a family room.

I pre-paid for three nights. Although the common areas were quite nice, my room and bathroom were dirty (crusty food in the carpet around the bin, mold in the shower, blood spots on the sheets, and dust on surfaces). The lamp was broken, the mattress was very old, and the wardrobe door was warped from extensive water damage. There were no other rooms available and it was late, so I slept a little on the cleaner of the two sheets. In the morning, after I waited for a while, the manager told me if I paid more, I could move to another room. I asked if I could see it first, and was told no. I declined the offer, and left without a place to stay, nor a refund of the two other nights I purchased. It simply wasn't worth it! I walked to the hotel next door and had a much, much better stay.

Professional Staff - Poor Comfort

Wonderful hotel decor, staff were very professional however the carpet in our room had a stain on it which was a bit disappointing. Comfort was pretty bad overnight as the A/C was ineffective and you are unable to open the room window. VERY hot.

Good location

Lovely warm welcome. Reception staff very friendly. The hotel smells amazing. Rooms were too warm. Was given a fan which helped a bit. Pillows not very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lot of choice and very tasty.

A good standard hotel, although overall, after three separate stays over a 4-week period I was underwhelmed at the service and maintenance quality of the rooms for a 4-star. Leaky taps in one instance, heating faulty another, and being given a room of standard below my booking expectation.
