The property is located at a very convenient location. 5 win walk either from Euston or Russel Square tube stations, so can access 2 major tube lines. Rooms are nice and clean. What you would expect for quick and short stay in London. Breakfast was OK, not the best but does the job. Full English on offer. Only thing to be mindful is a pub round the corner which was very busy till 12pm, so does gets a bit noise till that point, but after that it was very quiet and had a good night sleep :)

The location of the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from Kings cross station but as it was off the busier roads it was a really quiet location. The hotel was clean throughout. Breakfast you had a good choice for a full English and plenty of choice for a continental also so plenty for everyone. The staff where really friendly and always willing to accommodate your needs. We stayed for 3 nights and they came in to tidy the room and change the towels on a daily basis. My only issue which really isn't a issue is that there isn't a lift and would of struggled with the stairs had I stayed on the top floor otherwise it's a great place to stay and we will definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

Front desk staff is very helpful, helped to carry my big luggage up the flight of narrow stairs since there is no lift. Only complaint is the low pressure shower and the wet bathroom floor

Great little hotel in a lovely location, quiet but close to the station. Not a big room but more than adequate for the price in central London and very clean and comfortable. The shower was quite low pressure. Otherwise excellent

It's a great location for Kings Cross/St Pancras. The breakfast is decent; continuous drip coffee available (ask for (hot water for tea), a good hot breakfast selection, some pastries (croissant and Pam au chocolate), bread for toast with jams/preserves, and cereal. The room was a bit small. An Italian style shower (just enough room for one), a slightly small bed (both length ways and width), with a slightly disconcerting room door that opened outward. Not that there were any issues with that, especially with a door code for the hotel entry.

Excellent base for a short stay. Stayed in small single which wasn't luxurious but had every thing I needed and was good value for central London. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and I appreciated being able to leave my bag for a few hours after checking out. Would definitely come back.

This is a straight forward clean no frills bed and Breakfast style of hotel . Its location is perfect a 15 min walk from Euston , Kings Cross and St Pancras stations . Walking distance of British Museum and British Library is located in a Neighbor hood with local cafes , bars and book shop . I would recommend the Valencia Cafe . It's not the place to expect in the Hotel entertainment . Staff polite and helpful . You can leave your luggage in the dinning room if departing later in the day.
