Good staff and nice place. Only comment is i was allocated a room designed for someone with a disability, no problem but the green light that illuminates the door is very bright and affected my sleep. i will avoid these in the future

Noise in the room

Check-in was good, but at 1:00am there was a loud noise and we could not sleep for the whole night. There might have been an issues with this particular room. The reception told me to let them know about my issue next time I book my stay at this hotel.

Our stay was awful. The night manager reese did not let us in the hotel even though we had booked a room, we were made to stand outside (both myself and my girlfriend) for 2 hours in the freezing cold in the middle of a night. This guy is not normal , he’s sadistic and incredibly unprofessional. We were then given a disabled room :/ we spoke to the management next day and they were very apologetic
