I got to spend my evening with mice. Complained and asked for a refund, owner said she had never had a complaint before, but offered the use of a cat! This does not indicate that they were not aware of the problem. Refusing to refund so bow going to have to take action. Expedia not helping so my advice would be to avoid both!
From the outside it looked as though the house was abandoned. The large piles of rubble, soil and plastic building bags were very off-putting. The place looked in need of a lot of TLC. I had let Tran UK know my time of arrival but there was no-one to admit me when I arrived. I called and knocked but got no response. However the porch door was open so I went in. I was shocked at the lack of security.
Inside I was dismayed by the extremely basic accommodation - no underlay beneath a thin stair carpet so noisy beneath passing feet. Nothing was robust or looked finished. Plus it was not clean. However there were 2 thin but clean handtowels provided.
Hell. Worst place Iâve ever been too. One bathroom and not working showers. Shares with all so you could never get a shower or toilet spot. And all other peopleâs soaps and shampoos there. Same as n kitchen- fridge full of others foods.
One plus on the room. Cold and the window didnât close so you could not leave anything g I. The room looks n the first floor. A full construction site. Just crap and a totally misleading.
I went with my family. The host was wonderful, considerate and very friendly. The property was cleaned everyday and had one parking spot. It was pretty close to Tower Bridge, just one train, that too, within walking distance.
