The staff was terrible not helpful at all, the lady on the desk didn’t help at all after a long drive and arriving at the hotel to check in to then be told we had to pay a £100 holding fee which wasn’t told in the terms and condition so we was left with nothing to our name till it was cleared wouldn’t recommend

Good hotel to stay at and at a decent price as it includes breakfast. The breakfast was okay but very limited if you were vegetarian or vegan. The room itself was good and clean. The area was good for public transport and quick and reliable.

Reasonable stay Breakfast could have been better
The room was clean however the mattress was soft which has the danger of aggravating my lower back. Breakfast had very few coeliac (gluen free) options. No mentioning of allergens on the food to choose from.

Pleasant stay, rooms are clean and service was good. Great location and the parking charge wasn’t too bad (best to pay in advance as more expensive when booked on check-in). Breakfast ok

Really good stay. The room was just as pictured, nice and large with a big tv. The staff were all very friendly and on hand to help when needed. The breakfast buffet was great, well stocked with lots of options. I’d gladly stay here again
