The rooms were ok, two elevators were down at the same time for a few days which was a bit inconvenient. There should be different options for breakfast packages if you don’t offer free breakfast. We don’t all eat large portions so if there were cheaper packages for smaller options of food that would be better. Most staff were friendly enough.

the paint on the bathroom door was peeling off. the tile in the bathroom was cracked. it felt tired, overall. It was very clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

The staff were excellent throughout and could not have been more helpfull! The location is terrific with many London attractions in easy walking distance. A short walk to trains and subway if you want to go further afield.

Excellent stay in a very convenient location near Russell Square. Very handy for British Museum, and Russell Square tube station is just a few minutes walk away. Shops for food (Tesco, Waitrose) and several cafes on Judd Street

It’s okay. It’s a busy hotel. I think they’re doing renovations. I was upset because they upgraded my room (2 beds) to a King bed room—thanks, but you didn’t even ask me!!! We didn’t want one bed!!! It was rough. Whatever. The place smells weird but the location is okay, next to the tube station. Helpful staff. (Even tho they didn’t even ask before they ‘upgraded’ us…)
