Comfortable with easy access to Heathrow

Comfortable, quiet room, great bar food and service. Portions were good. Breakfast is good. Shower had weak pressure which was a disappointment.

The restaurant service was terrible. I had a 15 minute wait for my appetizer and a 1 hour wait for my main course. I spoke to the front desk about the service but I couldn’t understand the reply due to poor English. My room was cold. I called the front desk several times but got no answer so I went down to eventually got a blanket. Reception showed little concern. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it’s previously been exceptional, as reflected in my previous reviews.

Very friendly and helpful front counter staff. Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Pretty decent buffet breakfast but a bit on the pricey side, although on par for the area. Taxi from terminal 3 was £14, and an Uber to terminal 5 was £21.
