The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious. They people checking us in were nice but seemed confused at the booking and it took some time. It says it’s walkable but it’s not. Very close to airport which is why we selected it. Would not recommend if trying to see London as it’s far but great for an overnight before heading to airport or flying in late and need a place to stay.

Was surprised and not happy to learn at check in that they charge to park in their garage. To make matters worse, they charged us for all three nights when we only parked there for the first night and returned the car to a rental agency the next day. Tried to call them back after check out to rectify situation but could not get through.
