Fast, friendly efficient check-in. Very quiet, could not hear flights taking off/landing even though close to airport. only minor corridor noise, nothing between rooms. Very comfortable and very clean. Only negative was 'hoppa bus' from terminal 2/3, only runs once an hour after noon. Hard to find the bus stops outside terminals, lot of staff didn't know location. I lucked out bus was 4 minutes late otherwise I would have had almost an hour wait or pay for taxi. In the morning (from 5 am) buses are every 30 minutes.

Very, very hard to get to from Heathrow. No longer a free shuttle to hotel. You get the HD4 from outside Terminal 2 and it takes about an hour. Room was fine, staff great and there is a bar and restaurant on site.
