The first negative was it took way to long to check in. The room needs major upgrades. The carpet was extremely worn and stained, the bathroom needed caulking and flooring replacement at least. There was only one accessible outlet from the bed and it wasn't close. Positively, the hotel restaurant was great and the room was quiet.

Clean room - did not look like the photos advertised online. A small box room which was not value for money. The corridors were run down, overall disappointed. The check in process was long, only one staff member and a queue out the door for check in. Bed was comfortable enough for a one night sleep, however the condition of the room required serious renovating.

I paid for the breakfast after I arrived by card. Sadly however the next morning at breakfast I was asked to pay again as there was no record on the system. Luckily I still had the till receipt on my pocket. Breakfast was very good.

Unpleasant odor of smoking not sure if previous guest smoked in room or room next to mine was smoking but it was strong. Also carpet needs to be replaced due to staining. Ok for one night and inexpensive for being close to Heathrow.
