Convenient location opposite Kings Cross station with good travel connections. I had a room at the back side - while avoiding the traffic noise in the front, unfortunately on the back side there are multiple exhausts from restaurants below, making a lot of noise and vibrations during various times of day and night and making for a very poor sleep. The room itself was compact but clean, though not very comfortable. Small desk, but no chair. All in all, I wouldn't stay again.

The address was different to the advertised location. OK so it was only around the corner but the entrance was on another street and therefore a bit confusing

Not informed about breakfast being included. Dated yet clean. Narrow staircase so bit difficult to go up or down with heavy luggage. Right across Kings Cross station which is hub for various destinations within and outside London which is very convenient.

Wouldn’t stay again. Avoid if you can.

Room was very basic and considering the price, I’d have expected something a bit more. Staff were asleep on the front desk at 6am with the front door unlocked. Bathroom had a horrific smell of sewage so going to the toilet was on an as needed basis. Location to Kings Cross was the only benefit. Avoid

Don’t go here if you want any sleep!!

Room we were given was on ground floor so we felt and heard every tube train that ran through the tube route below. We also heard every footstep from the room above so we had very little sleep Weren’t aware breakfast was included as were not told Opened curtains and through the filthy windows we could only see the wall which was about 2 foot away from the window
