Great location. Room were adequate. We had one with three beds which worked fine for my mom, brother, and me. Bathrooms were subpar in the sense that the piping had some issue so it would not smell nice, shower door handles broken, etc. Tough for my mom who has mobility issues to get around as there were stairs to get to elevator and stairs to get to rooms. Again, not insurmountable but it would have been good to know ahead of time. It was what it was...

Overall good stay, but no elevator on premises!

The location was perfect, in front of King Cross, with access to everywhere. The room had a good size for Europe standards, with a fridge, a Kettle and complimentary coffee and Milk. I choose this hotel because of the location, price and because the website said it has a lift (elevator) since I was travelling with my 80 years old mother. When we arrived to the hotel we realized there was NO ELEVATOR! The stairs were narrow for my mother. Thé receptionist was nice to help us with the luggage, but still, I was trying to avoid stairs at the hotel at all cost. The hotel should correct this information online. Overall good stay.

Very good. Excellent location opposite Kings Cross Train station. Nice modern bathroom, toiletries provided. Fridge in room and tea and coffee milk etc provided.

My room was neat and tidy, nothing flash but perfectly fine. Location is excellent, immediate access to public transport all over London, also the train stations have shops open late/early. Plenty of places to sit down to eat or get takeout or buy a few staples. My room was front corner of the hotel and no noise issues, it also had blackout curtains so I didn’t have any trouble sleeping. Rooms also have UK and Euro power points

Quite shocking at just how terrible this property was. Hole in the floor, hallway smelling of bleach, room smelling musty, air con unit smelling of chemicals at night, ceiling had water marks. Staff did not want to allow a change of room till the next morning for some arbitrary rule of before 11 am only. Was forced to switch to a different hotel, with zero accommodation, responsibility, or compensation offered by Kings Cross. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

It did the job

Not bad for the price and across the road from King’s Cross but was really grubby and uncomfortably warm, there was a fan but it smelt really musty. Marks and damage all over the walls but they make you pay a deposit incase you cause damage. The room definitely needs a bit of fixing!

Only good for its location

Rude front desk man, tiny room, no safe, window right next to a restaurant, super loud hallway, limited storage space, no reception area with tables to wait for check in, overall below average experience, but you get what you pay for. It’s 30 seconds from King’s Cross station and that unfortunately makes it worth staying at.
