The rooms feel small and run down, the heating wasn’t on and I was freezing all night. Feels very poor value for money despite being comparable in the area.

Shout out to Kim and the rest of the staff . Very helpful and friendly . The hotel is very close proximity to the restaurants and Victoria Station .The only drawback was the room being small and tight , otherwise the stay was good
I needed somewhere last minute after an unplanned late day at work.
Had a friendly greeting, my card didn’t work first try. But the staff on reception kindly walked me to my room to ensure it worked the second time, and it did!
The room is a decent size.
Had tea, cofee, even hot chocolate which was a nice treat at the end of my long day.
The bed was very comfy, and the shower excellent.
I didn’t try the TV.
I would definitely stay here again, and it’s perfect location to the station which I needed for an early train.
Room was on the ground floor. Right next to the offices toilet, so I was woken up by the sound of the staff using the toilet. Then the room above awoke at 1am and made constant noise as the ceiling was so thin I felt like I was in their room. Eventually at 3am I asked to move rooms. Staff were good with accommodating this. But essentially, no warning from staff about the location of my room and paying for a room right next to the toilet and no sleep isnt acceptable.
You get what you pay for, or less. The location is good and convenient, but that’s about it. The hotel itself is not nice—rooms are extremely small, there’s no air conditioning, and it gets unbearably hot. They only provide a couple of old, dirty fans. The beds are terrible—very old and not clean—and the shower is just as bad. I would not stay here ever again. It did disappoint and diminished the whole trip to London.

It’s close to many restaurants and quiet area and beautiful too but the room has no aircons and it was in the basement very small not really much space to walk around the room and even the toilet door don’t open wide as bed is near …… cleaning was good and I got sound sleep
Very nice hotel, staff were friendly, beds were comfortable. No AC but that’s a lot of places in England so we knew that before going. They did have three fans in the room for us to use. Hotel is close to the buses, train stations and the two places they recommended to eat were amazing and should be tried.
