If you are coming to London to see the sights as a tourist, I would NOT stay here. I mostly booked this hotel for the price and figured we could take the tube everywhere, but it is way way far off the beaten path. We had to pay to uber everywhere we wanted to go, and it was expensive and inconvenient to get anywhere relevant as far as sight seeing goes. We also saw a mouse running around near the bar and restaurant area on our first night. The toilet in our room did not flush well and therefore we had a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. The staff at the check in desk was very friendly and the beds were big and soft. However, I would most definitely choose elsewhere next time.

It was a very nice hotel. The couple minor issues I would (should) have reported were the very hazy bathroom mirror which was due to being a heated mirror…so wear and tear, permanently. And it was the only mirror in the room. Also, I booked the double queen room, which had no view of the wharf or city. I was told only after I checked in and unloaded that those class rooms were all limited to view because of their location. But the quality of the service, food and hotel was amazing.

Loved the location of this hotel right next to so many transport options with the DLR and the Elizabeth line, the room was big and had a wonderful king size bed and the breakfast gave you so much choice

Very nice hotel. Was visiting London for the Usher tour. Perfect location for first time visitors to London, although I wasn’t alone, I would’ve felt comfortable in that area if I was traveling alone. There was plenty of shopping. Restaurants and the tube was right outside the door of the hotel. The staff was very nice very attentive and just overall a good stay The room was clean located in a good area with a good view. I enjoyed it.

Really convenient location, though there's a significant amount of construction happening across from the entrance to the hotel. Issues with the lifts meant they didn't seem to be running as frequently or timely as they should be - There didn't seem to be a staircase available

Check in quick, room ready on arrival. Room clean and what was expected with amenities and TV. Breakfast good choices of everything you could think of. Drink in the bar over priced £25 for a Gin and lemonade and a cider.
