Property Details:

This 100-sqm apartment is located on the ground floor with an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat screen TV, sofa and dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machines for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The first bedroom is interior courtyard facing and furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is street facing and furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom is street facing and furnished with a super king size bed. All bedrooms are furnished with superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is accessible via the hallway, the second is en-suite to the first bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink, while the other has a shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of ÂŁ800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed.

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 6 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over ÂŁ1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Marylebone Village in London is one of central London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods by locals and visitors alike. The area is famous for its numerous restaurants, boutiques, cafes and more, including the Chiltern Firehouse and the Paddington Street Gardens. It is just minutes from the great shopping destination, Oxford Street. The flat is the perfect place for anyone who comes to London for a shopping spree or for a great central base to begin your London adventure! It is also just minutes from the famous Sherlock Holmes Museum and the Wallace Collection, home to some of the best paintings in Europe. Both Hyde Park and Regents Park are located within walking distance and are the perfect places to relax under the London sun! With numerous events going on every week, they are fun place to be to catch some fresh air. With its close proximity to the London Underground Station Baker Street (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan Lines), other sites in London such as Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament or the London Eye are easily accessible. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a ÂŁ90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.



Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

The apartment is in a great location, offering a quiet neighborhood while still being within walking distance of popular cafes, restaurants, and shops. It’s perfect for a large family, with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the flat overall is very roomy. The management team was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Being on the ground floor made it super convenient, especially when handling bags. Plus, the nearby metro, parks, and restaurants make it a perfect spot to explore the city. Overall, it was a superb experience, and we’d definitely recommend it!

Overall the property is nice, but the management is terrible and I would not recommend it. You have to walk a mile to get/return the keys from another location and if you just leave them the keys inside they charge a 50 pounds deposit. They don’t respond to messages either in the app or in the WhatsApp group they create. You better go shopping before coming to the place because is very poorly stock. We ran out of everything toilet paper, hand soap, and even trash bags they only had two. The neighborhood is nice and convenient, but mind that it's at least half a mile from any subway station. They owners are not acoomodating at all, we ask to check in half an hour before because we were traveling with children and a lot of lugggage and they refused an early checkin and suggested a luggage storage that would have cost us hundreds of pounds.
