Points faibles : Propreté
Location was 10/10. 2 min walk from Earl Court train station. Supermarkets, convenience stores restaurants, cafes all very near. Cleanliness of property was questionable. My daughter’s dust mite allergy flared up. Didn't have a problem at any other property on our trip through italy and France prior to London.

The property checked all our "must-haves". I would stay there again, but next time it may not be my first choice. The property is ideally located; an easy direct train ride from Heathrow and the city center, with lots of great restaurants close by. The apartment was spacious enough for a small family and provided everyone with their separate areas. The management company was great to work with; they helped walk me through the check-in procedures and were especially helpful when my flight was cancelled and I had to arrive a day later. I highly recommend them.As far as negatives, the apartment is overdue for some maintenance that would have made the overall experience better. The furniture, bed mattresses, and even the toilet seat were either broken down or broken, some of them differing from the pictures. There was an unnecessary amount of clutter and old broken items stuffed into or on top of the cabinets or beside the refrigerator. Also, it was the hottest week of the year, so it was frustrating to find the bigger fan to be broken; we had to deal with taking smaller fans from room to room. If the owners were to go through the apartment, clean out old items, and replace the broken items, this would really be a very nice apartment.
