Good service & quick to check in & out. Room was good, nice comfy bed with everything I needed. Newly redecorated. Shower was cold (taps were fine), reported to reception on checkout who said they would get this looked at.

Location and check-in&out are excellent. The shower tab was clogged, every one must stop showering twice before completing! It’s a very old building from 1870s which is fine, but there is no sound insulation. It was hard to sleep when upstair guests were walking and the room maids make noise and phone talks right outside at the room. The room was clean! Nevertheless, the location is so convenient, you can ignore the other inconveniences.

Good location. Good value for price based on location. Room was 211 but was on the 5th floor with no elevators. So not good for everyone. Bathroom was ok but starting to get a bit moldy. We would stay again.

Close to where I wanted to be.

The only disappointment was that no one came in to the room after my first night and made the bed, tidied up and restocked the tea and coffee and milk sachets. Room was nice and the shower was really good.
