The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious and beautiful, Junior Suite. The only issue with the room was that the shower drain was slow and water would back up in the shower when in use. I alerted the staff, but it wasn’t fixed.

Location was good. Air conditioning was good especially since it was a very hot week in summer. Room was a bit tired and could do with a much needed refurbishment. As could the bathroom. For a hotel in this chain i am surprised it meets the required standard of quality. On checking in my adult daughter and i were told they did not have a twin room. After some delay they found us a room which seemed to be their last resort room since it was an odd shape.

Ok, but not Great.

Staff were great, room was a little dated, TV didn’t work, not a major issue, but like to listen to news in the morning. It was a hot day in London 30 degrees+, A/C was excellent and welcome. Location is excellent. Would have rated higher, but little things like one teabag when it was a double room. We travel to London regularly and this wasn’t really value for money.

Hot day in London. Air conditioning not working in the hotel. We came in a day early for a group tour starting the next day. Rooms not ready for most of the group when they arrived. Original room was on ground floor with windows that barely opened. Had to threaten leaving to get moved to room with windows that opened. Room faced the street and it was extremely noisy all night. Two very unpleasant nights.

Great location for Royal Albert Hall

Great location for Royal Albert Hall. Short walk to underground and also near range of restaurants. Room was spacious and clean (some paint marks on beige carpet did stand out. Staff v friendly and quick check in. First hotel i have stayed at where you are issued 2 cards-one for room and one for lift/stair access. Would stay again.

I was given a “quieter” room on the ground floor. However, the next day there was drilling & banging in the afternoon & then the following morning starting at 8.00am !!! Not happy & had to tell the workmen to “shut up as it was too early”.
