We had issuses with our room not having working air conditioning. After changing our room four times we just gave up and slept in a room that was 84 degrees. The safe was nice but bot very helpful.

Location great for LHR Terminal 2/3. Disappointed in the room, small, old, dirty carpet, bed uncomfortable and pillows flat. Bathtub dangerous to get in and out. Too expensive for a disappointment. However, the AC worked well and fridge in room good. And location convenient.

Parking was difficult. We were going to go for a drink maybe dinner. As we walked to the entrance smokers were everywhere. The receptionist was surly. All of this put us off dining etc so we stayed in the room and had snacks. The room like the exterior was tired and a long walk from the entrance, annoying as we had a very early start. It was clean and bed pillows etc comfortable.

This was our last stop of a 2 week vacation in the UK. Our 5th hotel stay. Property, room very nice! The morning before a 10 hour flight however was not relaxing or peaceful. Our first room did not have a TV or phone that functioned, they were gracious in upgrading us to a new room! The next morning as we prepared for our checkout and flight the shower drain did not drain at all. By the time I noticed and was able to shut the water off the bathroom floor was flooded. We used up all the towels, called the front desk for assistance. Shortly after the call the power in the entire hotel went out for ~30 minutes. Our shower problem was forgotten about. At 10:30 a tech came to our room but with a checkout time at 11:00 there was no time to shower. Very disdaining last impression of a nice hotel. Kevin S.

Last night in town, so very convenient to Heathrow airport. They are on the route of a shuttle bus. Terminal 3 is the next stop. Clean comfortable room.

Fire alarm ringing at 4 am

Didn't clean up the room in morning, and tell the hotel to follow up. And i have wait for long time to solve the problems. And mid night 4am the room fire alram was ringing only in my room. What kind of service ??? Never book again.

Local bus stop across the road from the hotel goes to and from Heathrow airport for approx $2.30 / £2 one way

Overall, this hotel and its rooms are very good But washroom’s is very congested and have small sink and bathtub has only one glass door which covers only half bath tub, during shower the comes out and floor get wet. This was the only problem i faced, otherwise room was very quiet, cosy and clean.
