I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with anything needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and enjoyable, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. I would definitely stay here again.

Where do I begin. Firstly, the room was filthy. I had to ask for the pillows to changes as the pillow cases was smelly. On one day, no one came to clean it at all. On another occasion, I was working from the room when the housekeeper arrived, and what I witnessed was completely unacceptable. She used the hand towel to wipe down the shower, then the toilet, then the sink where my skincare products had been placed, and then used that same towel to wipe the floor. She then placed the pillows on the floor while making the bed. It was absolutely vile and deeply unhygienic. In addition, we were charged £24 per night for parking, yet there were no available spaces, which made the charge feel unjustified and unreasonable. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the staff, who provided excellent customer service and were polite and helpful throughout.

Great location close to Heathrow for our early morning flight. Easy with the airport shuttle. Nice size rooms, clean, good restaurant on site so you don’t need to leave the hotel. Best thing was the pool with sauna & steam room.
