Business, 1.5 miles from LHR T2, easy checkin, dinner at the restaurant, swim in the pool, room was quiet, breakfast was great, check out was drop off keys. Nice and easy.

Room was very dim even with all lights on. Rooms can be a bit of a far walk from elevator. Was farther than expected from Heathrow and required a $13 pound uber to terminal.

Very clean and large rooms, best airport hotel I have been in for a while. Great dining options at the hotel restaurants with pizza and vegetarian healthy options. Gym and swimming pool if you would like to stay fit. Staff was helpful, hotel is very busy yet it felt quiet and calm, perfect to destress before or after your flights. Only downsides: 1) when I was calling the staff from the room it would take them a long time to pick up, often resulting in me having to call multiple times in a space of 15min. 2) they did not have a luggage scale. I think they could definitely work on providing one considering it's an airport hotel. Overall I highly reccommend this hotel.

The Radisson at Heathrow is fine for a short stay, but it’s nothing special. The location is obviously convenient, but the hotel itself feels a bit worn. The rooms are clean but outdated, and depending on where you’re placed, you might hear a fair bit of airport noise. The restaurant is overpriced for what you get, It does the job if you need a night near the airport.

Shabby and need’s updating

Rooms desperately require updating. So many marks on furniture. Curtains require replacing as there are holes in the material letting light in from outside. Bathroom sink plug needs to be replaced as water runs straight out. Sealants require renewing. The general condition of the room is considered shabby in my opinion. Not how it should look for the price paid

Hotel was fine, no issues whatsoever with the hotel. My issue is with Hotels.com as when I’d made the booking through them, and got to the hotel at 22.15 and found out that Hotels.com hadn’t paid the Hotel for my room. So after 2 hours of back and forth I eventually got to my room at 0010. 4.5 hours before I had to wake up for work.

Room was very cold, and despite calling the service desk, they only provided a portable heater instead of fixing the issue. Stayed that way until checkout. Disappointed with the lack of proper resolution.

The hotel was nice, the room was nice only thing it was a bit cold, we also had a bit of problem with the heating. Considering it wasn't as clean as l thought. We went into a room where some used the toilet and left it. Hopefully that was a one off. I would still recommend staying there.

Perfect for access to LHR's T2 terminal & free transfer bus. Welcoming & helpful staff in reception checking-in & out. Only downside was someone who looked like a staff member knocking on my room door & waking me up at 3 am! Couldn't clearly hear what he said but thought he asked to come in - told him to Go Away!!!
