Not at all what was advertised. I was promised an email from a manager. I never got an email. I requested a FULL refund because of the uncleanliness of the room. There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. Took 20 minutes to reach the reception! ALL of this should have been dealt with PRIOR to check-in. I tried to get this resolved prior to checking out but no one was available! No surprise there. The assistant manager promised that the manager would reach out. I am still waiting.

There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. We booked for 3 people (and were charged for 3 people) but we were only provided with TWO (2) towels, 2 glasses, 2 mugs, etc… The hotel was understaffed. Took 20 minutes to reach the reception! ALL of this should have been dealt with PRIOR to check-in.

The hotel is great. Right in T5. The reception staff are 5 star and the restaurant staff are great too. No plug sockets beside the beds is a huge no from me so won’t stay again but gave 5 stars as it’s so comfortable and offers great service

It was an ok airport hotel. Being a Sofitel I was expecting something far more grand and was quite disappointed by my room and the amenities. The lounge looked great, but too busy to get into. I found the information on the spa to rather confusing before I arrived, and wasn’t impressed to discover it was another 40 pounds to use the jacuzzi (didn’t use it). Breakfast was included and there seemed to be an abundance of choices

The rooms are clean and nice, the beds are very comfortable, and the room is also very quiet. We did have a friend who stayed at the hotel a week ago, and they complained that there was a Party Nextdoor that the hotel had a difficult time, shutting down. We stayed here several times without any problems though.
