A fantastic start to our holiday. We were flying to America the following morning, so chose to stay here for convenience. The hotel was lovely, rooms very big and clean, and really easy to access the airport.

“I had an overnight transfer at Heathrow after a long day traveling from Athens, and I was relieved to find the hotel within walking distance of the airport. Check-in was quick and the staff were very helpful, while the bar manager was friendly and attentive to our needs. For convenience and great service, I highly recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel. Its a great place to stay for a layover in London. The Belle Epoque restaurant is excellent, the spa is also wonderful with first class treatment options. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped.

Poor service

Terrible service in the bar, poor attitude. No eye contact, mumbling, un interested. Take your business elsewhere, lots of hotels to choose from

Great location and nice room. Only one USB socket and didn’t work. Engineer came to fix but although it had power it didn’t actually have enough power to charge any devices. Ended up having to use a power bank. Took ove4 an hour for the engineer to arrive and had to call twice so didn’t bother ringing again. Also why no sockets near the bed? In this day and age I expected more usbs

LHR Terminal 5 Convenience

Very convenient stay at Heathrow Terminal 5 when traveling early next day! Good choice of restaurants including a Michelin starred restaurant! Quite a long walk from Terminsl 5 to hotel but very convenient and still quality accomodation for a very busy hotel!
