Our super central location is great for tourists and our home comforts are perfect for families. We have free strong unlimited wifi, kids' tableware and a well-stocked toy basket including Monopoly, Uno, a magnet tile building set, Harry Potter Dobble and finger puppets. We can arrange hire of a travel cot (no bedding).

The apartment is on an upper level (with elevator and lift access) and is set out over one floor.

The accommodation comprises:

* Master bedroom (2.89m x 4.19m) with kingsize bed with a quality mattress, fitted wardrobes, workspace desk, TV. Full ensuite bathroom with modern fittings. Includes WC, handbasin and walk in shower with strong water pressure

* Second double bedroom (2.45m x 3.11m) double bed with a quality mattress and with double fitted mirrored wardrobes

* Third double bedroom (2.88m x 2.95m) with double bed with a quality mattress, dressing table and wardrobe

* Kitchen. Recently fitted and incorporating lots of storage space, it contains a full range of integrated appliances including good sized fridge, separate freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine. It is fully equipped and supplied with all crockery and kitchen utensils for home-cooked meals

* Living room (5.6m x 3.1m) with large double aspect windows, recently purchased comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV, dining table and chairs

* Bathroom 2: full bathroom with modern fittings and strong water pressure. Whirlpool full sized bath, shower fittings, sink and WC

The apartment offers a work-friendly setup. The living room and desks in two of the bedrooms make it a good workspace.

Like most places in the UK, we do not have air-conditioning. We have a fan in each room and windows that open widely to keep the place airy.

This is great opportunity to stay in a smart, attractive property in a super and safe cultural hotspot. The apartment is in a secure quiet block in Fitzrovia, bordering Fitzroy Square. Located in the heart of the West End, there is easy access on foot or by tube to tourist London and major attractions.

Fitzrovia has more restaurants than you'll ever get to visit (with new ones popping up all the time). Michelin stars, British pub grub, easy Italians and sandwich shops. fish n chips, Peruvian cuisine, Chinese, Greek, Indian, Mexican, Filipino. We've got them all and everything in between.

Our closest tubes are Warren Street, Goodge Street, Euston Square (all within 5 minute walk) and Tottenham Court Road and St Pancras (within a 10 minute walk). Regent's Park, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus are within a 10-minute walk. The City is a 20 minute door-to-door tube journey.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby in Charlotte Street and neighbouring Soho.

The local area is buzzing but the flat is in a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds. For entertainment, you have Theatreland close by, numerous cinemas, comedy clubs, late night bars, dancing and nightclubs.

Our super location means that there is a wide grocery choice on hand, including a 24-hour Tesco on Tottenham Court Road, a few minutes walk away. Or Deliveroo deliver groceries (or restaurant meals) 24/7 direct to the apartment door in about 10-15 minutes.

Great appartement and excellent location

I travelled with my family ( wife, son and father-in-law) for a 10 day stay in London. We took a chance on this appartement, following the nice reviews. We were not disappointed. The appartement was ready ahead of time, and we were able to enter very easily. The appartement was very clean and accessible with a lift for our luggages. We had breakfast practically every morning at the flat and found the kitchen well stocked. The toaster broke and Liz was very quick to provide us a new one for the next day. Liz was very responsive to whatever question we had about the flat. We found out we were at walking distance to most London: Leicester square , Piccadilly Circus, Soho, Chinatown, British museum, Regent park for a run, Buckingham palace is a 25 min walk
 Warren , Goodge, Great Portalnd road tube stations are within a 5 min walk. The neighborhood is a university one and has great pubs and restaurants around. The windows are thinner than we are used to in Canada, but the street noise was never an issue
 it is a mainly quiet street. I would recommend this flat to anyone looking to be in a lived in neighborhood , close to center of town and main tube lines.

Cet appartement possÚde toutes les qualités que l'on attend quand on voyage à plusieurs (nous étions 4, mais 6 personnes peuvent cohabiter sans souci grùce aux 3 chambres à lits doubles) : TrÚs bien situé (à 3 minutes du métro, moins de 10 minutes à pied d'Oxford Street) ; Aménagement intérieur irréprochable : entiÚrement refait à neuf, trÚs propre, belle literie, 2 salles de bain impeccables, cuisine bien équipée, superbe parquet ; Nombreux pubs, restos, épiceries et commerces divers à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La rue est assez calme et pourtant on est proche de toutes les activités, à pied ou en métro. Liz est trÚs gentille, efficace dans sa communication et trÚs réactive. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour Londres, compte tenu de l'emplacement et de la qualité du logement. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter. Je recommande vivement ! This flat has all the qualities you would expect when travelling with several people (there were 4 of us, but 6 people can live together without any problem thanks to the 3 double bedrooms): Very well located (3 minutes from the tube, less than 10 minutes walk from Oxford Street); Impeccable interior design: Completely refurbished, very clean, nice bedding, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, superb wooden floors; Numerous pubs, restaurants, groceries and various shops within 5 minutes walk. The street is quite quiet and yet we are close to all activities, on foot or by metro. Liz is very friendly, efficient in her communication and very responsive. Excellent value for money for London, considering the location and the quality of the accommodation. We would definitely go back. I highly recommend it!

Comfortable & spacious for our family of two parents and two older teens. Quick walks to tube and bus stops to take us to all the neighborhoods and attractions we wanted to see during our stay. Comfortable home in London

Our family of 4 including two teenagers quickly became comfortable in this apartment. The communication and information sent to us was very clear so we knew exactly what to expect. The size of our place was perfect, the beds, bathrooms, kitchen and living room were perfect for our group. We had everything we needed and a wonderful location. Easy walk to Regent's Gardens, restaurants, groceries and coffee shops. A little further walk to the British Museum, Oxford Street, Royal Opera House and Theaters and an easy tube ride to the rest of London. We loved our stay and all the memories we made.

First Trip to London

This was our first time to London, and we have two adult sons in their 20’s, so we needed 3 rooms with double beds in an area close to restaurants, pubs and tube stations. Fitzroy fit all of our needs. The tube was two blocks down. We were minutes away from restaurants and pubs and desserts. During our stay we caught a Premier League football match, Phantom of the Opera and Harry Potter Studios. In addition we went to Tower of London, Borough Market, the Prime Meridian, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey et al. Lots of great restaurants in Soho including the Noodle Inn, Mothers Mash, Mowgli’s Indian Street Food, Poppies Fish and Chips and the Ginger Pig. Great blend of local and international food. It’s all there.Liz, the property owner, couldn’t have been easier to work with. Her flat is well maintained, in a safe neighborhood and had reliable WiFi. Instructions were thorough and easy to follow. She was very responsive when I had questions prior to traveling. In short she’s a gracious and welcoming host. We’d love to come back.

Perfect London Visit

This apartment was a great fit for our family of 4! Our 2 teen girls loved having their own bedrooms, in addition to a spacious master - and the 2 large bathrooms made getting ready super easy. Having a fully functional kitchen gave us the ability to have quick breakfasts in the morning and cook some basic dinners, though it could use a few additional appointments/upgrades. We absolutely LOVED the location - very quiet and safe neighborhood, and the walk to bus stops and the underground were quick and easy - accessing the rest of London was a breeze! The check in process went seamlessly and communication prior to our stay was perfect, preparing us for what to expect and providing ideas for our visit to the area. Compared to other areas we looked at (Soho, Covent Garden), there were not as many places to eat/drink - but still a handful of walkable pubs and restaurants. Great spot for easy travel

Near two underground spots so it was very easy to travel around the city. Very clean. You do need to bring your own shower toiletries.

Excellent stay in Fitzrovia

This apartment was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. We were a group of two mother/daughter(s) visiting London, most for the first time. Easy access to the tube (we used both the Warren Street and Euston Square stations) made it quick and efficient to get anywhere we wanted to go. Safe neighborhood and great communication with our host Liz before and during our stay. The recommended food delivery services were helpful and a nice option for our mixed group. Great visit, we would absolutely stay again on another visit to London.

Wonderful home away from home

Liz was very communicative. She provides an information packet that is so helpful with information about the surrounding area. The apartment was great for 5 of us - 2 kids, my husband and I, and my mother. We each had our own space, and the kitchen made it nice so we could have meals in if we wanted. Thank you Liz!

Overall good stay. Can't really complain about anything. Piece of advice, I would suggest to not use the washer/dryer.
