A very cozy place! The room was bright and clean with cute little details. The staff were very efficient and kind. We had a nice evening meal at the tapas bar.

A little gem !

Cannot say enough great things about this gorgeous little pub/hotel in the heart of SW London. The staff are fantastic, the pub food is amazing. For me, a little home from home in the heart of London. I’ll be back.

Tres bon établissement. Chambre spacieuse propre avec tout ce dont vous avez besoins. (Seche cheveux, café thé chocolat, adaptateur usb) Nous avions pris la chambre avec salle de bain privatisée dans la chambre. TrÚs bon rapport qualité prix. A proximité des transports en commun. Je recommande fortement cet établissement et reviendrais lors de mon prochain voyage a Londres.

Off the beaten track, but a rare gem

I needed to spend two nights in Fulham for some exams. Travelling alone, I like small properties with a bar or restaurant so I don't need to go wandering around an area I don't know. The room was spacious and clean, and well equipped, in fact it was brilliantly equipped. The bar and restaurant downstairs were welcoming and pleasant. All round a top choice for me.

Great place, very clean but shared shower.

Lovely hotel above a pub. The pub closes at night so it is very quiet. It is very clean with spacious room and the staff is very nice. However I had to share my bathroom. The price was very low and the bathroom super clean but still it is unexpected. No breakfast in the morning as the pub is closed.

First time booking at this hotel and it was great! From the moment I checked in until I left everything was smooth, rooms are great and personal unlike the branded hotel, clean and spacious rooms, no noise at all from the pub downstairs! A special shoutout to Silvi, the lady who checked me in and took me to my room, she was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything to me, I am defo booking again when I’m in the area thank you!

Sehr schöne GĂ€stezimmer oberhalb eines Pubs. Schönes großes bequemes Bett. Leider ließ sich das Fenster nicht vollstĂ€ndig schließen, im Dezember war das leider recht kalt und sehr ‚gut‘ belĂŒftet. Zudem kamen die AußengerĂ€usche ungefiltert durch (Straße, Flugzeuge). Und leider auch gab es ein Geruchsproblem vom Badezimmer aus, das schwer auszuhalten war. Bei geöffneter TĂŒr roch dann das Zimmer nach Abfluss, bei geschlossener TĂŒr war der Geruch im Bad dann schwer auszuhalten. Das Problem haben auch andere schon vor lĂ€ngerer Zeit bemĂ€ngelt und es ist schade, dass es offenbar nicht behoben werden kann, denn eigentlich ist das Captain Cook ein superschönes charmantes Pub-Hotel. Schade auch, dass der schöne Pub kein FrĂŒhstĂŒck (mehr) anbietet.

Wonderful, friendly check in. Room was excellent. Spotless, quiet and lovely hot shower. The pub is great with excellent tapas. It’s in a great spot ( we were going to Craven Cottage) so plenty to do and see in the area. Would absolutely recommend and hope to be back next season.

Honestly felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Two/three flights of narrow stairs, no lift, shared bathroom and shower. My first night the maid almost walked in as I was changing and asked why I hadn’t checked out, even though I had one more day. The worst part about it was the noise. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this was the noisiest stay. Even late at night, cars are going by and drunk people walking down the street. Then in the morning garbage collection. It truly was my least favorite stay. I thought it would be more charming but it was not. Basic room, basic amenities. The location was not as close to the train station as I would have liked and the pub closes early. So overall, not great. The one shining light was that Fulham seems like a cute little residential area and so I felt very safe.

There is no noise cancellation in the room and the roads outside are too noisy. Almost impossible to get any sleep due to the noise. The rooms otherwise are spotless and the staff is really friendly
