The welcome was very friendly and efficient : the bar was well supplied and comfortable: dining very good (and and varied). Bedroom lovely - in boutique style (I liked the heated towel rail). First time booking at this hotel and it was great! From the moment I checked in until I left everything was smooth, rooms are great and personal unlike the branded hotel, clean and spacious rooms, no noise at all from the pub downstairs! A special shoutout to Silvi, the lady who checked me in and took me to my room, she was so friendly and welcoming and explained everything to me, I am defo booking again when I’m in the area thank you!
