I visited London with my wife for four days. This hotel is located in a great spot for tourism. Really good restaurants close by, cabs outside, good coffee, shops, and close to the river.

We arrived very late they were waiting for us, helped us in with our bags, and gave us a glass of wine which was appreciated after a very long day of travel. Rooms are very clean and have very good amenities. Staff is extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. Our second night there was no hot water. The staff offered to taxi us to a sister property to address the issue, but given the time, it was not ideal. The issue was fixed by morning, so all in not a big deal and something they attempted to address for guests, but it was inconvenient at the time. On the flip side, we arrived in the morning after an all night flight, and the staff was able to accommodate an early check in. I would definitely stay in this property in the future.

We had an excellent stay at The Resident Covent Garden. Easily accessible to all that the city central has to offer. Would stay there again in future! Staff was great and room was quiet and clean…additionally we had great water pressure in shower!
